On February 15, 2020, Royalton Memorial Library opened its doors to a beautiful redesigned and upgraded public space. A two-story, approximately 1,500-square-foot addition houses a new Children’s room, a Maker Space, meeting room, kitchenette, and staff office. A ground floor entrance, two ADA compliant restrooms, and an elevator to the second floor make the library accessible. The renovation preserved and restored many historical aspects of the library.

Thanks to a supporting community, our beautiful historic building is ready for another century of service.

Thanks to all the folks who helped make the library renovation possible. We are grateful for all your support.

People walking or driving by the library will see lots of activity this month. We are in the final stages of renovation! It’s going to be a great public space!
