The art teachers in the White River Valley Unified District have student artwork on display at the Royalton Memorial Library and South Royalton Cooperative Market. Ask your student about the work they have been doing in art class and look for stories in the art you see every day. Come by the library and and view their artwork!
Youth Art Month is an opportunity to emphasize the value of art and art education for all children. Art education fosters self-expression and confidence, appreciation for the work of others, cooperation, personal responsibility, and critical thinking skills.
